By accessing or using DebtMirror ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

DebtMirror is a personal finance analytics tool that allows users to track debts, audit subscriptions, simulate debt payoff strategies, and receive AI-generated financial insights. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

**DebtMirror is not a licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, bank, or credit union. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. All calculations, projections, and AI responses are estimates for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.**

To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information during registration - Keep your password confidential and secure - Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account - Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

DebtMirror offers a free tier (Insight) and paid subscription plans (Momentum and Velocity). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.

**Billing.** Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize DebtMirror to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

**Cancellation.** You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

**Refunds.** All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide full or partial refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for unused time, plan downgrades, or partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

**Price changes.** We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service - Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or interrupt the Service - Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission - Resell or sublicense access to the Service - Impersonate another person or entity

You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into DebtMirror. By entering data, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The AI advisor feature uses large language models to generate responses about debt management strategies. These responses: - Are generated by automated AI systems and are not reviewed by human financial advisors - May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information - Do not constitute personalized financial advice - Should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional

By using the AI advisor, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-entered financial data), is owned by DebtMirror and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FINANCIAL CALCULATIONS AND PROJECTIONS ARE ESTIMATES ONLY. ACTUAL RESULTS WILL VARY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEBTMIRROR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.
